For the DEXUS & AMP Capital merger, we created a clear, highly practical visualisation that helped two formerly competing organisations move in sync during a major change and transformation program. With more than 600 AMP Capital team members onboarding into the DEXUS ecosystem, the challenge wasn’t a lack of activity—it was the difficulty of seeing it. Multiple streams of work, shifting priorities, dependencies, and targets can quickly become noise when teams are trying to understand what’s happening “right now” and what’s coming next.

Our solution mapped the program across a 12‑month horizon, giving leaders and delivery teams a single point of truth they could use to communicate progress, align decision-making, and reduce uncertainty. The visual narrative made complex timelines and interrelated projects easy to scan, helping people understand where their work sat in the broader picture and what needed cross-team coordination at any given moment.

A key feature was the build function: as milestones and targets were achieved, the visualisation dynamically highlighted and coloured the completed elements. This turned status reporting into something immediate and intuitive—supporting momentum, reinforcing shared wins, and keeping the merged organisation focused on the next alignment point.
