Over two years, the Adapt NSW worked to translate complex climate research into a clear, engaging story the public could grasp quickly. Our role was to transform that research into a concise animated explainer - designed to be understood in under two minutes - so the key findings didn’t stay locked in reports, but could be shared, discussed, and acted on.

The outcome was increased visibility and reach for the department’s work, particularly around their conference presence. The client shared that the project helped them engage potentially hundreds of members of the public who attended the event and interacted with their team. By presenting the information in a simple, visually-led narrative, the explainer made the research more accessible to non-specialist audiences and clarified the NSW Government’s strategic actions to respond to the climate change crisis.

Ultimately, the deliverables supported the department’s ability to communicate evidence-based climate action with clarity, confidence, and public-facing relevance.
